4. Workshop Registration & Attendance (Updated)

By registering for a workshop, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is required at the time of registration

  • All workshop bookings are final

  • No refunds, credits, or cancellations are permitted for any reason

  • If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer to another date

Participants must follow all safety instructions during workshops.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payments must be made using accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

For shipped products:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control

Live plants are shipped at the buyer’s risk. We take great care in packaging, but we cannot guarantee how carriers handle packages.

 

7. Returns & Refunds (Updated)

Due to the nature of live plants and the structure of our services:

  • All bonsai tree sales are final

  • All workshop registrations are final

  • No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered for any products or services

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can review the issue, but this does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and graphics—is the property of Oasis Bonsai of Ohio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

We are not liable for:

  • Damage resulting from improper care of bonsai trees
